Our commitment at Parampara is to ensure you cherish every handcrafted creation you receive. If your order does not meet your fit expectations, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange and return guarantee.
1. 7-Day Doorstep Exchange Window
You may initiate an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery. Our courier team will arrange a reverse pickup directly from your doorstep across India.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Garments must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original Parampara garment tags, price ribbons, and branded protective packaging must be intact.
- Customized or altered pieces tailored to personal measurements are exchange-only.
3. Quick Refund Processing
Once your returned parcel reaches our atelier and completes our quality inspection (within 24–48 hours), your refund is immediately approved. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. For COD orders, refunds are disbursed directly via instant UPI transfer or NEFT bank deposit.
