1. Free Shipping Across India
We provide FREE Express Shipping across all PIN codes in India on orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a nominal flat courier fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Every piece undergoes rigorous inspection by our master artisans before dispatch. Ready-to-wear ensembles are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our atelier. Standard doorstep delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for major metropolitan areas, and 4 to 7 business days for regional locations.
3. Courier Partners & Real-time Tracking
We partner with premier express logistics networks including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Shiprocket. As soon as your package leaves our atelier, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp alert with a direct tracking link. You may also track your package anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across 99% of serviceable Indian PIN codes. Please have the exact cash or UPI QR code handy when the courier executive arrives.
